A. Yes, we can send samples of invitations and stationery. Just click on the "Request a Sample" button. Samples cost 3.00/each. If it is a product we have in stock, we will send your sample within 1 business day. If it isn't in stock, we will let you know it will take a little longer.

Q. Can Linvites address, stamp and mail invitations or holiday cards for me?

A. Of course we can! Send your list of names and addresses as an MS Word or Excel document and we will print envelopes with the same type and color as your invitation text.

Q. What is the cost?

A. $1.94/each (includes .44 stamp)

Q. Does Linvites offer calligraphy services for wedding invitations or formal party invitations?

A. Yes, please contact us for samples and pricing.

Q. How long does the addressing service take?

A. Your flat printed envelopes will be mailed within 8 business days of receipt of address list and proof approval. Calligraphy orders may take up to a month depending on the season, so plan ahead! If you need it quicker, call us to check.

Q. How does Linvites ship orders?

A. Linvites primarily ships via the United States Postal Service because it is the most cost effective.

For orders of a time-sensitive nature or of significant value, such as wedding invitations and programs, Linvites recommends using UPS, DHL and Fed Ex for tracking purposes.

Q. Will I get a proof and is there a charge?

A. Some manufacturers charge for proofs and that will be indicated in the drop down list. Linvites provides unlimited free proofs for Linvites brand products via email until you tell us it's just right.

Q. What is Linvites return policy?

A. Since Linvites products are made custom for you, we cannot accept returns. Please check your proofs carefully.

Q. How can I tell what the true color of a product is?

A. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of the products that appear on linvites.com. However the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor and we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of color will be accurate.

Q. What forms of payment can I use?

A. Linvites accepts all major credit and debit cards. You can use Google checkout or sign up for a Linvites account.

Q. What if I don't feel comfortable making an online payment?

A. Linvites.com is a secure website, but if you prefer to not pay online, just call us at 404-343-1770 or email info@linvites.com to submit your order.

Q. How long will it take to process my order?

A. Standard orders placed through Linvites.com receive a proof within two business days, usually one. Once you approve your proof, your order will be printed and shipped within two additional business days. We accommodate rush requests if possible, please call to inquire. Other brands could take longer, especially during the holiday season so if you are in a rush, please call or email.

Custom designs and projects using special materials obviously take a little longer, but will be turned around ASAP depending on our workload.

Q. Does Linvites use recycled paper?

A. Linvites currently offers many recycled stocks.
